- Weekly Self-Care Lesson. Each week, you’ll learn a new concept during Saturday session. At the end of the session, you’ll receive an activity to support you in practicing and putting what you are learning into action.
- LIVE Weekly Group Call with Tosh via Zoom to learn together and answer your biggest questions and troubleshoot implementation. It will be recorded.

Take one thing off your plate. Begin to redefine success and happiness by examining the scripts you have about parenting; begin to reframe those expectations and outline what success means now. - Week 3: Y-O-U Daily
Create Your Self-Care Blueprint. Learn how to get more down time, so you can enjoy your evenings, long weekends, and even vacations.
- Week 4: Own Your Money
Learn to think about your money as self-care. We'll cover practical, streamlined systems to manage your money (weekly bills, long-term money goals), so you can stop working so many hours, get your family on track, and be clear about the true purpose/assignment for your money. - Week 5: Declutter & Simplify Your Physical Space
Purge and de-stress your space! Learn principles to declutter your physical home and create easy to rinse & repeat systems. - Week 6: Clean Up Your Digital Space
Begin to declutter your digital life and take your desktop from chaos to oh-so-clean! Learn how to ORGANIZE your digital files AND how to USE TECHNOLOGY to make your LIFE EASIER.
