It's time to make an

Investment

"Therapy is a temporary investment for a lifetime of freedom."

Cost for Psychotherapy

Investment for Psychotherapy

Our clinicians' rates are based on their level of experience, education, and ongoing training. Our rates reflect the investment we've made to provide you and your family with quality treatment, as well as our commitment to maintain our skills and experience.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept most HSA and FSA credit cards. All fees are due to Resilient Child Therapy prior to the start of a therapy session.

Insurance

Insurance

We are out of network with all insurance companies. We believe that our clients and their caregivers should have autonomy in their mental wellness treatment. We value our client's right to privacy and confidentiality. Treatment should not be determined by a managed care company that does not know you or your child. As an insurance-friendly practice, we are able to provide clients with the documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Resilient Child Therapy's Rates

The following represent costs for a 45-min session (individual, family, or parent consultation):

Expert Clinician: $175

Licensed Independent Clinician: $150

Licensed Graduate Clinician: $125

Intern Clinician: $75

Important to Note

Resilient Child Therapy Institute is an out of network provider with a fully transparent fee structure so there is no surprises in billing. Clients receive Good Faith Estimates of length of treatment on our financial agreement document and verbally upon request at any time.

Discounted Services?

Do We Offer Discounted Services?

In cases of financial need, our interns reserve a limited number of significantly reduced rate openings for new clients.

Canceled or Missed Appointments

In order for therapy to be effective, consistency is essential. Your appointment slot is saved for you, therefore if an appointment is canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge for the full amount of the scheduled session cost. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
