About Us

We are a holistic, private practice that provides trauma-informed services to children and adolescents who have endured traumatic experiences. We also serve adults who might be experiencing difficulties related to childhood trauma and loss. As a hybrid practice, we offer both in-person and video/phone (tele-therapy) sessions.

what we do

In combination with play and expressive art therapies, we use brain-body based approaches, such as Yoga Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing, and Brainspotting, to address social, emotional, and behavior difficulties. For our younger clients, we can provide education and guidance to their caregivers, as well as consultation to schools and agencies. For mental health professionals seeking full licensure, we offer clinical supervision.
